Process Excellence

From Block Selection to Strengthened Slabs

At StoneHub, every marble block goes through a defined processing workflow designed to improve strength, accuracy, and handling. Each step focuses on preserving the natural quality of the stone while preparing it for reliable use across residential and commercial projects.

How is our stone processed?

A Structured, Step-by-Step Workflow

Step 01

Dressing Cut

The block is dressed and shaped to achieve uniform surfaces. This ensures accurate alignment and consistency before the primary cutting stage

Step 02

Vacuum Treatment for Block Strength

Marble blocks undergo a vacuum process to improve internal strength and stability. This step helps reduce natural voids and prepares the block for further cutting and handling.

Step 03

Precision Cutting

Blocks are cut into slabs using:
Thin Wire Saw (latest technology)
Gang Saw (conventional method)
The cutting method is selected based on block type and processing requirements.

Step 04

Netting & Internal Handling

After cutting, slabs are netted to provide additional support. Movement within the plant area is carried out using trolley systems to ensure safe and controlled handling.

Step 05

Multi Layer Strengthening

Cut marble slabs undergo MSP strengthening to enhance overall durability and handling strength. This completes the processing cycle and prepares the slabs for further finishing or dispatch.
